IT IS THE INTENTION of the Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County, Florida, to hold a private meeting with its chief executive officer to discuss pending union negotiations with the Amalgamated Transit Union, in accordance with Sections 447.605 and 286.011, Fla. Stat.  Such executive session will be held at 8:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 8, 2018, in the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, Board Conference Room, First Floor, 221 Palafox Place, Pensacola, Florida. Commissioners, Jeff Bergosh, Lumon J. May, Douglas B. Underhill, Grover C. Robinson, IV, and Steven L. Barry, County Administrator Jack Brown, County Attorney Alison P. Rogers, Senior Assistant County Attorney Kristin D. Hual, Assistant County Administrator Amy Lovoy, Director of Human Resources Eric Kleinert, Mass Transit Director Mike Crittenden and Michael Mattimore, attorney representing Escambia County in the foregoing union negotiations (members of the County’s collective bargaining team) will attend the session.
