Plan review services include the review of residential and commercial construction plans for compliance with adopted building codes. Plans intake specialists will verify all documents are included to ensure construction plans are reviewed in a timely manner.
Application Forms & Information
The application forms must be printed and hand-delivered, mailed or (depending on the form) faxed back to Building Inspections. Email forms are currently unacceptable.
A separate building permit is required for each individual building.

A plans intake specialist will assist in completion of the construction plans sufficiency form upon arrival at plan intake.
Please select and complete the fee estimate form(s) related to your project to receive an estimate of permitting fees. Completed forms should be faxed to 850-595-3403. It is only necessary to fill out relevant sections, but please fill out as completely as possible.
Remember, this is only an estimate. The final cost will be determined at completion of the permit application process.
