Our mission is to create whole community disaster resiliency through public-private partnerships to educate, train, and engage all stakeholders.

We want to help YOU be prepared to respond and recover from the disasters that could hit our area.

What does BRACE do?

Be prepared for anything.

Since 2006, Be Ready Alliance Coordinating for Emergencies (BRACE) has been a leader in disaster readiness, response, and recovery programs throughout the State of Florida.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has recognized BRACE for its efforts with multiple honors including the renowned “John D. Solomon Whole Preparedness Award”.

Are you ready to volunteer?

A resilient community needs everyone to be involved so that you and your neighbors are ready for anything. We have LOTS of volunteer opportunities for people of all ages and stages in life. There is a place for YOU within the BRACE network!
